Himalayan Kingdom Helper

My modhelper is a file used in my mods to simplify code when multiple mods use the same function. It primarily allows my mods to save and load vehicles, and enable hacking minigames. While this is needed by many of my mods, it doesn't do much on its own. As a general rule, it's best to keep the modhelper updated to the latest version; otherwise, some scripts may break when downloading/updating one of my mods that requires a new modhelper.
