Hidden Akula Technology for Silent Performance

This mod enables the Akula submarine to utilize a functioning stealth mode in single-player. By pressing "U", the cloak will charge after one second, rendering your Akula nearly undetectable.

Please note that the Akula's stealth field is currently purely cosmetic.
