Installation
Place HandsUp.dll into your "scripts" folder. You will need Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook.

About
Brings back a feature from previous GTA games where pedestrians would raise their hands up for a few seconds before fleeing if you aimed a gun at them. This only works if the pedestrian you aim at isn't currently fleeing or in combat, making it as realistic as possible whilst maintaining vanilla functionality.
