ESC Key Does Not Pause

About:
This script modifies GTA Online so that pressing ESCAPE does not pause the game. Pausing will only be possible by using the P key.

Installation:
Put NoPausedForGtaV.dll into your "scripts" folder. You'll need the latest Script Hook V .NET and Lua.Scripts installed.
