Enhanced Auto Theft

Carjack Plus introduces variety to stealing cars from pedestrians. This mod seamlessly integrates with both vanilla gameplay and modded experiences, prioritizing performance. While controller compatibility is anticipated, it hasn't been explicitly tested.

V2.0 Changelog:

• Fixed a larger vehicle animation issue where targeted drivers would flee by sliding over a seat. Drivers now have a chance to fight or run after exiting the vehicle.
• Fixes applied to some extra vehicles used in missions.
• Performance enhancements: all actions are now executed in tasked-out sequences, enabling almost instant detection of the player hijacking a vehicle.
• Added Wanted Level settings. You can set the maximum wanted level you desire for jacking a vehicle. The level will gradually increase over time until the maximum set stars are reached. Time settings are also adjustable.
• The car is no longer considered stolen/wanted if you exit it before police are called or if you successfully evade them.

Features:

• Vehicles the player attempts to enter will be locked (based on chanceofLock).
• Player will forcibly hijack and enter cars.
• Drivers have a chance to fight back with various close combat weapons (based on pedChanceOfFight).

Notes:

• Core pedestrian logic and responses to events can override gun carjacking. This means pedestrians may ignore carjacking attempts and will only resort to fleeing and speeding forward if they enter a zone where you have caused panic (e.g., aiming a weapon, shooting, fighting).
• The default key "L" enables and disables the mod (this can be changed in the ini settings file).

Installation:

1. Download and open the archive.
2. Copy all files and the 'scripts' folder inside of 'Grand Theft Auto V' folder to your GTAV root directory. (Optional) Copy only the scripts folder to your GTAV root directory so that current ScriptHook versions are not overwritten.
