Allows you to Enable/Disable the vehicle Parking Brake.
This mod has a .ini file to change the default key and Enable/Disable Brake lights.
Place both files inside the Gta V scripts folder

i cleaned the code and made it work with the latest version of the game.
PS: now it also works on boats.
