Introduction: Have you ever wanted to create a blackout in San Andreas but found it tedious searching for the option in mod menus? This mod is designed for you! It simply creates a blackout in San Andreas with the push of a button, and restores the area back to normal. Installation: First, install Script Hook V and ScriptHookV .NET. After installation, copy BlackoutV.dll and BlackoutV.ini to the scripts folder (create one if you don't have it). And that's it! You can now create a blackout with a single button press. Now it features a toggle function instead of separate keys for enabling and disabling. 2.1 - Introduced the 'AutoBlackout' feature, which automatically turns off lights at 22:00 and restores them at 6:00.
