Red Dawn - GTA 5 War Mod - 1.4 (March 2022) :
New areas have been added in this update, including Cayo Perico's Islands and a US Navy Carrier. This creates a new storyline and provides more fun!

Red Dawn - GTA 5 War Mod :

This mod aims to create a war mod experience within GTA 5. Players can join either the US Army or Red October, recruit members, and capture territories across San Andreas while fighting rival armies for control.

Controlling zones generates consistent income.

WARNING :
This mod requires the following to function correctly:
Script Hook V
Script Hook V Dot Net
Native UI

Additionally, Script Hook V Dot Net requires:
.NET Framework
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64

And of course :
Gang and Turf Mod

Optionally, you can add an armored car for the US Army:
M1114 Up Armored Humvee Add-On

Caution : To see Cayo Perico's islands, load Cayo Perico Island and the US Navy Carrier in the Native trainer. Use (Teleporting Section >>> Enable Heist 4 locations >>> Cayo Perico).

Installation:
Within the decompressed zip files, choose your team's folder (US Army or Red October) and drag the gangModData folder into your GTAV folder. This will replace the existing gangModData folder from the "Gang and Turf Mod". Launch the game after installation.

Default Basic Controls:
B : Opens mod options/gang options and upgrades menu.
Shift + B : Opens contextual registration menu: register gang members when on foot facing a pedestrian, register vehicles when inside one.
N : Checks the current zone name and ownership.
Shift + N : Opens zone control menu.
Ctrl + N : Toggles between zone blip modes (show nearest 5, show all, show none).
Aim at friendly member + H : Adds/removes a member to/from your group (they will follow you).
Aim at friendly vehicle + H : Makes the vehicle back you up (come to you and drop passengers if on foot; escort you if in a vehicle).
Aim at friendly member + J : Take control of the target member (the armor bar represents their health) / return to the protagonist.
Spacebar : (when controlling a killed member) - Take control of the nearest member.

Controls are configurable within the game …
