Change HUD and Blip Color Schemes

This mod allows you to customize the default colors of the protagonists in the game. It enables you to change the blip and HUD colors for all three characters, with each character having its own configurable color setting in the file ReplaceCharacterHUDandBlipColors.ini. The color is defined using RGB values.

Installation Instructions: 1. Download and install scripthookv and Scripthookvdotnet. 2. Create a folder named "scripts" (not "Scripts") if you don't already have one. 3. Drag the files ReplaceCharacterHUDandBlipColors.dll, ReplaceCharacterHUDandBlipColors.pdb, and ReplaceCharacterHUDandBlipColors.ini into the "scripts" folder. 4. Launch the game.
