Description
Captured Entities (.NET)
This mod allows the user to kidnap and control pedestrians in the game. **Features:** * Kidnap/Take hostages by aiming at random pedestrians. * Force your hostages to follow you. * Force your hostages to get down on their knees. * Force your hostages to get down on the ground. * Force your hostages to put their hands up. * Attach blips to your hostages so you don't lose track of them. Instead of just shooting them, humanely put them down using the 'Kill' button. Alternatively, you can let your hostages go by freeing them. **Requirements:** * .NET Framework 4.5.2 * Visual C++ 2015 * NativeUI 1.5 (Included in Download) * ScriptHookV * ScriptHookVDotNet **Installation:** 1. Copy "gTaTer_HostagesV.dll" to your /scripts/ folder. 2. Copy "gTaTer_HostagesV.ini" to your /scripts/ folder. 3. Copy "NativeUI.dll" to your /scripts/ folder if you don't already have a copy. **Changelog:** 1.0 * Initial release **To be added in next update:** * Make hostage enter last owned vehicle. * Fix hostages losing their animations when bumped into. * Add option to move hostages anywhere by simply aiming at the position you want them to stand at. * Numpad support * Better animations * No more being able to target bodyguards, friends, etc * Add .ini toggle value for the notification beep * Ability to demand ransom from hostage's family (Slight chance of ambush) **Known bugs:** 1. Menu closing: When aiming down your weapon and opening the menu and then releasing the aim key the menu will close. To avoid this, do not aim while opening the menu. 2. When opening the options menu for hostages, previously selected options may appear highlighted. They are not. If it bothers you then navigate to that option and the highlight will go away. I've narrowed this issue down to NativeUI itself, and it appears there is nothing I can do about this. 3. Bumping into hostages can cause them to lose their animation and make them stand up, completely still. This will be fixed in the new update.First Upload: November 13, 2024 Last Updated: November 13, 2024
