BCSO Pack ELS Conversion for 11John11

I created ELS .xml files for the vehicles included in 11john11's BCSO car pack. Installation instructions are located within the downloadable file.

ELS provides an alternative and highly detailed method of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds. Essentially, instead of pressing E to activate police lights and holding or double-pressing E to use different sirens, it deactivates that key and replaces it with three others: J to activate lights, G to activate the primary siren (with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 controlling different tones), and K to activate various lighting patterns. Please note that this pack is not specifically designed for ELS; it's been modified to utilize the same functions.

I did not make any changes to the vehicles themselves; I only created ELS .XML files for them. All credit goes to 11John11.

I was tired of having to hold or double-press the E key to change siren tones and turn on sirens. With ELS, you can use the J key to turn on lights without sirens and the G key to activate sirens while using the 123456 keys for different tones.

If there are any missing vehicles that I didn't include, please mention them in the download comments, and I will update the files as soon as possible.
