I've finally uploaded it! It's my Vehicle Controls V mod - I hope you enjoy it!
Please read the read-me after downloading.
Features:

• Open/close vehicle doors, boot and bonnet
• Lock/unlock vehicle (alarmed)
• Use indicators!
• Change vehicle numberplate and style!
• Realistic brake lights: set it so that vehicle brake lights come on when the vehicle is A) stopped, or B) not accelerating
• Change seats
• Open/close convertible roof remotely
• Toggle various vehicle lights
• Explode vehicle
• Clean or dirty current vehicle
• Toggle noisy or silent siren
• Teleport through doors/walls
• and more...

Controls:

• A lot! (Mainly use the numpad) (See the attached RTF file)
