2020 LSPD Scout Reconfigured with ELS

I've made a nice mod!

ELS (Emergency Lighting System) provides an alternate and highly detailed way to control emergency vehicle lights and sounds. Instead of pressing E to activate police lights (holding or double-pressing for different sirens), ELS uses three keys: J to activate lights, G to activate the primary siren (with 1,2,3,4,5,6 controlling different tones), and K to activate different lighting patterns if you have police cars specifically made for ELS (this pack isn't, it's just modified to use the same functions).

I didn't remodel or edit the police vehicle in any way. I only created an ELS .xml file for its emergency lighting. All credits go to noisiak.

I was tired of having to hold or double-press the E key to change siren tones and turn on sirens. With ELS, you don't have to! Press J to turn on lights without sirens, and G to activate sirens while using the 123456 keys for different tones.
