Use this mod to utilize PEDS as Add-Ons:

installation:

1. - Using OpenIV, place all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
2. - Run AddonPeds (Run as administrator)
3. - Click "New Ped" and input the name "Jenny_Robot"
4. - Set Ped Type to "male" and Is streamed "False".
5. - Press REBUILD.
