A mods folder:copy the x64v.rpf from your gta 5 folder and create a new folder called"mods" and then paste the x64v.rpf in that mods folder.

1️.If u downloaded the file, open "CAP TEXTURE"
2.Then u will see a "p_head_diff_019_a" file,thats the texture, put it into this direction via OpenIV:GTA V ,mods,x64v.rpf,models,cdimages,streamedpedprops.rpf,player_one_p, END
