~ allowed to add your own textures
~ allowed to add this to your servers

~ Open OpenIV
~ Enable "Edit mode"
~ drag the files to:
GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\mpclothes_female.rpf\
