Vargskelethor's Frenzy Expansion

Description
This custom add-on ped was created from scratch. It features 'Fren', the character of Twitch streamer 'Vargskelethor'. This mod is intended for Joel and his community.

Context
Vargskelethor, also known as Joel, is a Twitch variety streamer who plays a wide range of games. He has a small green character named Fren, which I personally enjoy. Therefore, I took the time to create his character from scratch and port it to GTA V to share with Joel and his community.

Installation
Place the contents inside the 'VargFren' folder into your Add-on peds folder.
Next, add the content from 'Ped metadata.txt' to your 'ap_m.xml' file. If you are unsure how to do this, please refer to instructions available online.

Known issues
Due to Fren's small size, he may have difficulty reaching the steering wheel of vehicles, especially motorcycles.
