Uniform Protective Vest for Israeli Law Enforcement

This is my first ever retexture, designed for use with the EUP menu. It also works with HANAKO'S EUP VEST & EARPIECE (which allows you to download these retextures for vests found within his files).

Installation:

To download the retexture, download the first link at the bottom of the description and follow the 'Read Me' instructions in the 'Documentation' folder. After downloading the first link, please download the second link which enables my retexture to function (and allows you to switch to it while playing). The second link includes a 'Read Me' file that is **VERY IMPORTANT**. Follow the path to the folders inside OpenIV carefully. *Please remember to back up the following file after downloading both files from the links: (eup_componentpeds.rpf).*
