Install:

- Using OpenIV, navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/"
- Optional: extract the downloaded file. ("u can skip this")
- Open the folder EUP > DLC.RPF > x64" and drag and drop the folder.
