UK Serious Fraud Office Medical Personnel Update

This is a redesign of the Los Santos SWAT character model for use in the game Grand Theft Auto V. It transforms the SWAT officer into a British Specialist Firearms Officer (SFO), the UK equivalent of SWAT. This texture includes a helmet as shown in accompanying imagery, but you can opt to use the default helmet if preferred.
