Using OpenIV, navigate to GTA V Windows > x64v (within your mods folder if it already exists) > models > cdimages > streampeds_players > player two folder. Within this folder, locate head_diff_000_a_whi. Double-click on the file using "Edit mode" and select "replace" with a skin from the "No stubble" folder.
