Open IV Installation:

Go to GTA V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_two_p and replace the p_head_diff_026_b.ytd file that already exists with the one provided here.

Be sure to back up your original file if you wish to be able to revert at any point.
