Installation:
First you need to ensure that you have Open IV downloaded and set up.
Drop the content of the 'shirt' folder into: Mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streampeds_players.rpf/player_one
Drop the content of the 'hat' folder into: Mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streampedprops.rpf/player_one
