First, download and install the "Ultimate Shoes Pack for Franklin Add-On".

Then, simply drag and drop the files into OpenIV. Alternatively, rename them to replace an existing shoe and then drag and drop.

Install the mod using the following path: mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
