The Terminator, Arnold

This is a reskin, so you need to download the terminator model by Mishka Volkav. Now using OpenIV go to GTA V / x64v / models / cdimages / streamedpeds_mp / right click on mp_m_niko_01 and select show in "mods" folder - hit edit mode - open mp_m_niko_01 and replace the content of zip folder.
