First of all, have OpenIV installed and then follow the steps in Edit Mode:

To install Kurt's clothes, install them in the root folder which in my case is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streampeds_players.rpf\player_two\
And to install Kurt's head:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_two\
