The Taquion is a speedster created by me. Your suit Is made of kevlar, graphene and its variants (Titanium and carbon). He works with super speed from Tachyon technology. It is invulnerable to V9 because it cures faster than the drug affects. Your origin: He was a junkie addicted to cocaine and methamphetamine.
