Here's how to install it: You'll need to download the Add-Ons script from a modding website. The spawn name for this character is "Charlie Rawhead". To replace an existing character, go to the following file path: mods/x64e/models/cdimages/compenentped_ig and replace the ig_bankman model with Charlie Rawhead's files.
