Tactical Helmet with Ballistic Protection for Special Operations

There are several helmet options available for the popular NOOSE officer character in the game, but none seem to offer a truly realistic feel or fit. Thanks to Avitia28's initial mod (located within the game files), the Bulletproof helmet can now be worn by SWAT/NOOSE Pedestrians. This mod simply replaces Avitia's original texture with Rockstar's default texture for the helmet. The file includes a Black Bulletproof helmet for NOOSE by default, along with four alternative texture options originally created by Rockstar. These variations offer customization options beyond the standard black color scheme. It is important to note that I did not create any part of this file; my contribution was solely replacing Avitia's texture with Rockstar's. I am uploading this mod for two primary reasons: * Avitia initially intended to make his helmet available in various colors for SWAT Pedestrians, but he expressed a lack of time to complete the project. * To provide convenience to users who may otherwise have difficulty locating the helmet and its textures within game files for potential custom Pedestrians or their own SWAT Pedestrians.
