Tactical Gear: Noose and Head Protection

I changed the name of the pilot helmet file. I know there is a similar mod like this already available. Please don't sue me. The shoulder pads shown in the image can be downloaded at "gta5-hub.com/player/swat-added-detail".

INSTALLATION

1. Open OpenIV and switch to EDIT MODE.
2. Navigate to X64e/Models/cdimages/Pedprops.rpf and drag the provided files into this directory.
