Supercharged Park Protectors

This modification improves the variety and quality of park ranger models found in Vinewood Hills and Raton Canyon. Installation instructions can be found in the Readme.txt file.

Known issues:

• Male park ranger badges may occasionally intersect with their shirts.

• Removed the optional peds.ymt edit to prevent crashes.
