Open OpenIV
Go to GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
i recommend create backup always,for this be sure to backup those:

feet_diff_004_a_uni.ytd
hand_diff_005_a_whi.ytd
lowr_diff_007_a_uni.ytd
uppr_diff_009_a_uni.ytd
p_head_diff_019_e.ytd

Extract or drag stright from winrar into open iv
Make sure Edit Mode is on
Replace This files in that dir(x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one)

feet_diff_004_a_uni.ytd
hand_diff_005_a_whi.ytd
lowr_diff_007_a_uni.ytd
uppr_diff_009_a_uni.ytd
p_head_diff_019_e.ytd
