Stabilized Audio for NOOSE Ped (Eliminating Random Voice Glitches)

Tired of hearing the wrong voice when encountering a NOOSE agent? This mod fixes that issue!

By tweaking both the YMT and YTD files for the NOOSE ped, they will now use their correct voicelines.

This was achieved by changing both "bla" and "lat" to "whi" within the files, as NOOSE voicelines are designed only for white NPCs.

This mod addresses a problem Rockstar hasn't fixed in nearly 10 years!

BUGS: Occasionally, NOOSE agents might spawn with the "FIB" badge.

INSTALLATION: Drag and drop the files into "mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf".

If you have a modded .ytd file for the swat ped, simply right-click on it, edit it, and rename both "bla" and "lat" to "whi". Save your changes and load into the game.
