To install these designs, you need to download 'OpenIV' software.
Before editing files, I recommend reading this guide on how to use OpenIV’s “mods” folder and keep your original GTA V files safe:
Installation:
1. Run edit mode in Open IV
2. Copy files from the 'T-SHIRT PACK' folder to:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
