HOW TO INSTALL FOR SINGLEPLAYER :

1. Extract "icespice" to your desired location. 2. Open your OpenIV or any program used for viewing/replacing GTA files. 3. Find a chain you wish to replace. 4. Rename "teef_002_u.ydd" to the name of the chain you are replacing, e.g., "teef_006_u". 5. Rename "teef_diff_002_a_uni" to the name of the chain's texture you are replacing, e.g., "teef_diff_006_a_uni". 6. Enjoy your new chain.

FiveM Installation :

Rename files accordingly and place them in your FiveM stream/eup folder.
