1. Begin by opening OpenIV.

2. Navigate to the following file path: x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

3. Add or replace the files "hair_000_u", "head_000_r", "head_diff_000_a_whi", and "teef_000_u".

4. Proceed to this file path: update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_one.

5. Add or replace the file "head_000_r".
