Before replacing anything, create a backup folder and put your original dlc files in there.
Installation:
1.Open OpenIV
2.Navigate to Mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
3.Replace jbib_000_u.ydd with the [MODEL] file located inside the Stay Classy RAR File
4.Replace jbib_diff_000_d_uni.ytd with the [TEXTURE] file located inside the Stay Classy RAR File
