Installation

Using OpenIV, place all files into: GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf Run AddonPeds (as administrator). Click "New Ped," input the name "Ginger_Bread." Set Ped Type to "male" and Is streamed to "False." Press REBUILD. You're done! Enjoy!
