This is a new male Asian preset for Skin Control 2.1.

Instructions: Copy the lines from the file to your SkinControl.ini in the GTA main directory, open Skin Control, then press LOAD and select the one called > Shinn Update 1.4: Added New Urban Biker Outfit Rumors: Apart from being a Tuner and Street Racer, Shinn is also a member of the Notorious Biker Gang in Los Santos which adds a new outfit for him. Update 1.3a: re-worked everything from 0 new Screenshots Shinn being a Tuner: Shinn gained a lot of reputation from being a Tuner for a day and Street Racer at night. He seems fond with lots of JDM's out there and challenges anyone with his skyline.
