You will also need a car trailer. You can find one on a modding website as well. The link is not provided here.

Once you have downloaded both files, install them into your GTA5 mods folder. Navigate to the following path: x64v\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf. Inside this folder, find the "player one" directory and drag and drop the hoonicorn file there.
