SCP-049 Enhancement Protocol

This mod allows you to utilize PEDS as Add-Ons in GTA V.

Installation:

1. Employ OpenIV and place all files into the following directory: GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
2. Launch AddonPeds (execute as administrator).
3. Click "New Ped" and enter the name "plague_doctor".
4. Configure Ped Type to "Male" and set Is streamed to "False".
5. Press REBUILD.
6. The installation is complete!
