1. Launch OpenIV in edit mode.
2. Navigate to the following directory: GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
3. Make a backup copy of the file: uppr_diff_004_m_uni.ytd
4. Replace the original file and close OpenIV.
