Installation

• - Using OpenIV, place all files into the following directory: GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
• - Run AddonPeds (as administrator).
• - Click "New Ped" and enter the name: "IceCream_Rod_Sullivan".
• - Set the Ped Type to "male" and Is streamed to "False".
• - Press REBUILD.

Done!
