Installation

1. Using OpenIV, place all files in GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
2. Run AddonPeds (Run as administrator)
3. Click on "New Ped" and enter the name
4. Set Ped Type to "Male" and it streams "False".
5. Press REBUILD.
