"Carlos Oliveira was a Corporal in the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.). He served as rear security for Alpha Squad in their Delta Platoon and was their heavy weapons specialist. Oliveira is one of the few survivors from the deployed squads during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident."
