RE:3 Remake Mikhail Viktor Character Mod

This is a mod of Mikhail Viktor from the game Resident Evil 3 Remake. While there are many mods for Carlos, this mod focuses on bringing another member of the UBCS, Mikhail Viktor, into the game. Mikhail Viktor was a former Soviet army officer and the leader of the UBCS Delta Platoon. Despite suffering injuries alongside his platoon, he bravely attempted to rescue civilians. During an evacuation attempt, he encountered Nemesis and heroically sacrificed himself by detonating explosives, attempting to incapacitate the creature.

Installation:

1. Install AddonPeds :
2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
3. Attention! Add dlcpacks:/addonpeds/ in mods\Update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
4. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped to the list, using streamed - "false"
