QLF Family Cap Collection 1: PNL Edition

This is the exclusive cap from QLF Family Collection 1 by pnl, released at a pop-up store.

To install it in GTA V using OPEN IV:

1. Go to GTA V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one_p
2. Drop the (p_head_016.ydd) files and the color you want into the folder.
