Minor tweaks that made a BIG difference in how the tattoos look.
Motion blur in Rockstar Editor with E.V.E. made some appear blurrier than they actually are.
If you prefer the darker version, stick with V1.0.
I created these tattoos using JACKFROSSST's awesome model remake of Franklin’s face: mods\x64V\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\
My apologies to bangbang95 and jackfrossst for mixing you two up.
