Poppy Playtime's Huggy Wuggy Addon for Pedestrians

This is an updated or slightly different version of Huggy Wuggy from Poppy Playtime. I created this model at someone's request. The rigging was done by me, and all my skins/NPCs are compatible with all versions of GTA. The Steam version is recommended.
