Polat Alemdar: Pedicab Driver

Go into the "mp_m_niko_01" folder within the "polatalemdarped" file you uploaded.

Open OpenIV and drag the files into "x64v.rpf-models-cdimages-streame_peds_mp-mp_m_niko_01". Once done, close OpenIV.

Launch the game and become Polat like in the video!
